MARS -- Member Audio Response Service (Telephone Banking) is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week and is easy to use. If you are not set up to use MARS, you can call any of our branches to get started.

Starting Your Call
Dial 845-735-MARS (NY State, 845-735-6277) or 1-800-330-MARS (out of state). MARS will ask for your account number and then your 4-digit authorization code. (The authorization codes are usually set to the last 4-digits of your social security number unless you have already pre-selected a different 4-digit code.) Enter each sequence followed by #.
